Technical Support Services


Our company will provide life-long technical support services for all products and equipment within the scope of the project. Phone or E-MAIL response and remote debugging and provide technical support service center phone. Feedback the user's initial judgment by phone, and fill out the question record form. If the problem cannot be resolved by phone and remote login, then enter the field service stage. 


Field Service:If the telephone or E-MAIL response does not solve the problem, our technical engineers will go to the scene to solve the problem. If it is a hardware problem, you need to bring related equipment to the user site. If the relevant accessories are really needed, they should be resolved through consultation with the relevant manufacturers on the specific situation.


Training Services:When the technical engineer arrives at the site, the user is provided with free on-site training (including use and maintenance).
